The Company does give off SCP Foundation vibes
particularly since a lot of the indoctrination mechanics come off as unnatural in a real world perspective.
Both bodies of work focus on powerful organizations written collaboratively with individual writers occasionally having cross-pollination.
Interactions between sisters for the former, SCP cross-testing for the latter.
But in terms of values there is a stark contrast.
Evil and Slutty for the Company
Cold and Clinical for the SCP Foundation
I have a suspicion that a fair few SCPs would make suitable CS material:
